Easy One Pot Fudge Brownies

Here is a link to the recipe for the brownies I bake when my cell phone rings in class or I accidentally say 'Do your homework by Monday' in the 1HAS (of course, I mean 'Tuesday'!)

Ingredients
  • 170 g butter
  • 200 g 'gelben Zucker'
  • 150 g baking sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet bourbon vanilla
  • 65 g cocoa powder
  • 42 g  all purpose flour
  • 150 g chocolate chips
(See link above for instruction:  350 degrees Fahrenheit is 180 degrees Celsius.  An 8 x 8 inch baking dish is 20 x 20 x 5 cm).
