Write an article about shopping at the supermarket vs. shopping at a local (farmer's) market. Write about 250 words (+/- 10%) You should write on LINED paper with a margin for corrections (preferably in your activity journal), OR TYPE your article.
Give your article an INTERESTING TITLE
Start your article with an INTERESTING INTRODUCTION
* outline the reasons why people shop at supermarkets, using examples
* describe the disadvantages of shopping at supermarkets (especially to the environment)
* make a case for shopping locally (how do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?)
In your CONCLUSION encourage people to shop locally
