For Friday, February 6, we will really be writing complaint letters in class! Bring both your text books (Focus on Modern Technology 4/5 and Focus on Modern Business Communication). If you haven't already done so, look over the language of complaint letters in Chapter 4 FMT 4/5 and Chapter 7, FMBC.
