1) Do the vocabulary for the chapter in Trauner "Ideas that Change the World"
2) Follow current events - do one or more of the following!
- set your news.google.com to English (read the headlines twice a day, and read an article or two that interest you!)
- bookmark (or "Like" on social media) NPR.org. Listen to the podcast "Up First" (ca. 13 minutes a day with the top three stories) or the national news broadcast (4 minutes) twice a day. BONUS: Listen to the podcast "Short Wave" - about 10-13 minutes about science!
- bookmark (or "Like" on social media) BBC News.
- bookmark ("Like" on social media) "Now This" (nowthisnews.com) or subscribe to their newsletter go.nowth.is/KnowThis
- bookmark (or "Like" on social media) thelocal.at (Austrian news in English)
