For Tuesday, November 18, look through Chapter 4 - Enquiries - in your Focus on Modern Business COMMUNICATION 3 (the purple book from last year). For Monday, concentrate on the introduction p. 36, and the phrases for written enquiries on page 42. We will practice writing texts next week.
